Privacy policy

What data this site handles, why, and what you can ask me to do about it.

The short version

OverTime Gamer has no accounts, no newsletter, no comments and no ads. I don't collect your personal data on purpose. The personal data involved is what your browser sends to the server when you load a page, whatever you tell me if you write to me, and, only if you say yes in the cookie banner, anonymous visit statistics from Google Analytics.

Who is responsible

Who else sees it

Netlify hosts the site and processes the technical data above for me. If you allow Analytics, Google (Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the EEA) receives the statistics data and processes it for me. I have switched off Google signals and ad personalisation. Both providers may handle data outside the EU, in which case they rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Write to qenviesearch@gmail.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
